Designed to serve as more than just a commercial venue, RITEP is envisioned as a cultural hub and a meeting point for international exchange. The facility is designed for versatility, allowing the space to be utilized for public events even during trade-fair-free periods.
The architectural concept pays homage to Rwanda’s topography, featuring three pairs of exhibition halls that step up the ascending landscape. Their distinct curved roofs create a rhythmic silhouette, establishing the complex as a new visual landmark for the city of Kigali.
