Strategically situated in Kigali’s new business district, this upscale retail hub connects the Convention Center, Business Hotel, and IT Park. The design is defined by a sweeping, semi-transparent roof that spans the central promenade (‘Marktstrasse’), shielding the cafes and market stalls below from rain and direct sunlight.
This lightweight structure extends upward from the central roundabout, creating a visually unified facade that integrates the retail wing with the surrounding high-rise architecture
