Designed as an ultra-luxury boutique resort in the center of Kigali, this project merges high-end security with traditional cultural identity. The architecture is directly inspired by the Ancient King’s Palace in Nyanza, featuring a distinctive cupola design and a series of semicircular courtyards.
The layout is organized around a central plaza intended for cultural events, creating a village-like ensemble. Guest accommodation consists of individual pavilions combined into spacious suites. A unique ‘double-shell’ dome structure houses private amenities in the intermediate space, ensuring the interior living areas remain perfectly circular and undisturbed.
