A fundamental component of the Kigali Convention Complex ecosystem, the IT-Office Park is designed as a cluster of five four-story buildings arranged around a spacious central plaza. This layout maximizes views of the iconic Convention Center cupola while fostering a collaborative business environment. The spaces between buildings feature translucent roofing to shield pedestrians from rain and direct sunlight, significantly reducing cooling loads. Sustainable features include rainwater harvesting tanks and a facade utilizing deeply colored lamellae for solar shading. The ground floors activate the street level with shops and restaurants, while the basement houses the entrance to the Rwanda Museum.
